PLC Consultant – Germany – English speaking

One of our Major Clients is urgently looking for a PLC Consultant for a long term project in Germany.

Please find some details below:

PLC-commissioning:
· The task includes the engineering, start-up and commissioning of complex plants/systems.
· This is the connection to the existing technical infrastructure systems, the execution of the first operation, the test functions, their tuning and optimization.
· Replace if noise components and modules to perform manual correction of parameters settings. Diagnose and specify. Interference analysis, propose remedial action or Remedy the disorders themselves.
· Clear in cases of damage to equipment/systems as a result of the commissioning sources, determine the extent of damage and repair, the decision on warranty claims and forward.
· Reports, protocols (eg, checklists, test and error logs) to create or supplement. Related documents eg Overviews, cable schedules, adjust audit plans. Standards, regulations and quality standards comply or ensure compliance.
· During the commissioning ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Expert knowledge of Simatic STEP7.
· Several years of experience (planning/commissioning) of complex automated logistic systems.
· Minimum 2 years professional experience.

This is an English speaking role. German would be an advantage.
