Job Description for SAP SCM Consultant:
1)M.B.A. or Master's in a relevant discipline strongly preferred with 10+ years of experience in IT industry
2)Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience of delivering Package (eg SAP - in SD(order to cash) or SCM(ECC/APO) or Finance) based IT Consulting services leveraging best-in-class IT governance across specific industries
3)7+ years of experience in Enterprise Apps packages
4)3+ years of relevant industry experience (eg providing Package based IT consulting services in BFSI for 3 years)
5)Proven subject matter expertise in a particular domain (eg Finance, SCM, HCM, CRM).
6)Certification in a process area for a particular product (eg SAP SCM certified)
7)Proven track record of Functional/Configuration knowledge of identified processes in at least one package
8)Experience in leading at least 2 Business Transformation engagements
9)Appreciation and experienced in SDLC models and package specific methodologies such as ASAP, AIM
10)3+ years of experience in developing Solutions for BT deals with at least 50% success record
11)Experienced in providing strategic direction in the areas of Business Process Transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, Portfolio management, critical Problem Solving
