Greythorn is urgently looking for an SAP HR/HCM Project Manager for an immediate start within a global manufacturer with operations in over 50 countries worldwide.
This fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP HR/HCM Project Manager because of the continuous growth through acquisition, organic growth and category expansion. One of the biggest challenges faced by HR teams and line managers is the lack of a global HR Information System hence the critical importance of finding the most capable Project Manager to fill this position.
This role is responsible for translating business requirements across platforms for all countries in scope for a region. In addition, this role is also responsible for implementing the Global HRMS functionality in the region in line with the project plan. The Project is an SAP HCM implementation with exclusion of Payroll, Time Management and Learning Management Functionality.
The role is based in North-West Germany and travel worldwide will be required on a project needs basis. The vacancy is available on a 2 year fixed term contract with potentially an extra year depending on performance and advancement. The salary will be Dependent on candidate's experience but will certainly be competitive with a 10% of base salary for achievement of target objectives or 20% of base salary for achievement of stretched objectives.
