- As a project manager (project engineer) (m/f), you will advise out clients within the scope of projects focussing on production planning/control and supply chain management.
- In this position you will be the industry expert who will advise our clients extensively and identify potential for improvement on the basis of solid project experience (if possible also complemented by several years of line management experience in the industrial sector).
- You know how to convince people with your professional skills and your industrial expertise, and understand how to lead a goal-oriented project team.
- As a specialist in business processes, together with your team you will support the clients in selecting suitable solutions and implement them in all stages of the project.
- Due to the close relationship with the client, you will develop a long-term commitment and create additional potential benefits – on the basis of “state-of-the-art” innovative processes and systems.
- You have successfully completed a course in business administration, mechanical engineering, electrical or industrial engineering, business information technology or a similar discipline.
- You have several years project / consulting experience in production planning and control
- Ideally, you have gained industrial experience over a number of years working in the industry
- You can adapt both to the environment of large corporations and also to the organizational structures which are typical of medium-sized companies
- You have profound knowledge in one or more of the following topics: production planning, production control, KANBAN, JIT / JIS, scheduling/capacity planning, product master data, PDC, etc.
- You have excellent project management experience – if necessary also complemented by training to PMI standards or comparable standards
- You are an expert in the industry, who is familiar both with industry standards and also with the specifics of the industry, performance measurement systems and benchmarks
- You have expertise in at least one of the following SAP components: MM, SCM-APO, MES-MII
- A fluent command of the German and English language allows you to act with self-assurance also in international projects
- Flexibility, mobility and good social skills round off your profile
- Willingness to work 4 days per week in germany
