Essential candidates have the following skills and experience
MES Specific
*Provide leadership to implement and deliver overall MES and system integration solutions (like SAP and SCADA systems)
*Work directly with the customer leadership and SME teams to ensure that recommendations for design and best practises are incorporated into the projects in the Food/pharmaceutical/biotech industries
*Architect and lead the implementation of MES and system integration solutions projects
*Some years of experience with implementation of software solutions above the manufacturing floor
*4+ years experience with MES packages (preferably Apriso flexnet)
*4+ years experience with integrating ERP systems (SAP preferred SAP PP/MM functional knowledge) with MES solutions or other manufacturing systems.
*Work directly with the customer leadership and SME teams to ensure that recommendations for design and best practices are incorporated into the projects
*Functional understanding of Scada systems and how they cooperate with MES systems
*Preferably knowledge of ISA S88 and S95
Experience with bespoke database systems/self made systems would be helpful as we have a lot of systems that need to be replaced and decommissioned in this area
LIMS
*Experience in implementing projects in an industrial environment, knowledge of logistics and production-oriented business
*Experience in the food - pharma sector is a plus
*Experience of implementing computer systems in a Regulated environment (Pharmaceutical or Life Science)
*Extensive knowledge and experience of system life cycle methodologies and how they relate to other industry standard methodologies and regulations.
*Experience of applying GAMP5 "risk-based" Computer Systems Validation principles to system implementations
*Knowledge and understanding of appropriate EMEA or FDA Regulations and relevant guidelines, (GCP, GLP, cGMP, Annex 11, 21 CFR pt 11)
*Familiarity with LabWare LIMS, SQLServer or Oracle databases, Windows Server technologies (Desirable)
*SAP - understanding ERP systems and the role in the IT landscape
