Immediately required for our telecoms client in Nuremberg, a Software Engineeing Customer Support.

Task:

Supporting customers and local customer support teams during product design, test and verification, and with product ramp-up as well as product maintenance.

Full stack test support incl. NAS

Implementation of test loops on various levels from PDCP up to TCP/IP.

Required competence:

Degree in relevant Telecommunication/Engineering field (minimum Bachelor of Science or similar degree)

Extensive knowledge of 3GPP LTE protocol stack, experience in 2G/3G would be a plus

Experience in developing and testing of LTE Layer 2/3 protocol stack code

Experience with C, C++, UML based design (Rose RT), Configuration Management (ClearCase), Scripting would be a plus

Experience with test devices like Agilent, Anite, R&S and/or Lauterbach

Experience in analyzing tester and UE log files to investigate errors, experience in Full Stack Testing and troubleshooting would be a plus

Experience in the area of IRAT, measurement handling, multiple cell or PLMN handling etc. would be a plus

Min. 2 years of job experience
