PEBB/IGBT Module Engineering Manager (electronic manufacturing)
Our client is looking for a Module Engineering Manager with the following responsibilities.
Build team and organizational development
Be responsible for PEBB/IGBT Power module technology development, including electro-thermal packaging and assembly, Materials and process development, mechanical design, interconnection, reliability, etc
Evaluate potential technical solutions, and design PEBB/IGBT module to meet power product requirements;
Formulate Technical Development Strategy and roadmap;
Laboratory set-up
Develop testing plans, and validation of components/equipment in laboratory;
Build electric-thermal model of PEBB/IGBT module and simulation;
Conduct failure analysis and develop solutions for design issues;
Identify cost saving and productivity improvement opportunities;
Project management
Other duties, as necessary to meet the business objectives
Qualifications Required.
10 + years of PEBB/IGBT Engineering experience on R&D and HVM production, preferring on high voltage IGBT based power converters, UPS kind of Power Products;
As a team leader successfully developed PEBB/IGBT module products;
Implementing product development, product qualification and product release process.
Deep understanding of the high voltage Converter industry and supply chain;
accurate grasp of the direction of the future technologies and products development;
Self-motivated, strong written and verbal communication skills;
Extensive network.
