For our customers in the aerospace we are looking for an Test Manager (m/f).Tasks:
- Configure HP Quality centre (if necessary)
- Advise all relevant participants about the usage of HP QC for NextWAB (test group with up to 30 testers)
- Monitor progress of testing and quality of test documentation in HP QC
- Coordination and Planning of various test activities (defect management, test case creation, handling of test environment, etc.)
- Examination and quality assurance of the test cases appropriate to the requirements and conditions defined before
- Providing the guidelines and structures needed for the test reporting process and coordinating the process itself adverse the project management
- Observation of milestones and the delivery of information as well as test results, concerning to the respective checkpoints of the test plan to the project management
- Coordination of the defect management process in between the provider and the individual test team manager just as other internal contact persons.
- Coordination and steering of the information flow amongst the test team manager, the central test team manager and the project management
- Coordination and decision making on changes to the test plan or guidelines, open issues and other obstacles that may come up during the testing, effecting the test progress and with that the test plan in collaboration with the project management
Requirements:
- Monitor progress of testing and quality of test documentation in HP QC
- German and English language skills, also preferable language skills in airport terminology
- Willingness to travel (no restrictions related to a Visa)
- Certain Certification as a test manager (i.e. ISTQB) or adequate experience
in the occupational field as a test manager
- Good communication and teamwork skills
