Task:-Set up and run Application Operation for new customer environment e. g. Incident management
-Delivery of monitoring reports
-Execution of batch jobs
-User administration
-Contact 2nd Line Support and 3rd Line Support
Requirements (Must have):
-knowledge in the area of Database (Oracle 11g) and UNIX (AIX optional)
-good command of the written and spoken German (nativ) and English language !!
-excellent knowledge of Telco-Business
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Schichtdienst von Montag bis Samstag (7:00-24:00)
