Beschreibung
This is an urgent requirement for a Programme Manager who has worked within a Service Desk Environment and is familiar with ITIL framework and is available to start immediately in the Munich area ( Germany).
The contract is due to start on the 31st October so you MUST be available and legally able to work on said date.
A technical background is preferred with working knowledge of Service Desk standards and tools, full understanding of operating with an ITIL framework and you MUST be prepared to jump in at the deep end from day one.
Daily rate is paid in Euros and expenses within reason will be covered.
