Global financial services and Asset Management organisation seek a bi-lingual German and English speaking 1st line Helpdesk/Desktop Support Analyst. This role would ideally suit a graduate with approximately 12 months relevant commercial experience. Primary duties will involve call logging and escalation of the problem to the relevant team or individual. Technically candidates will ideally have experience of Lotus Notes; WinXP/Windows 7; Active Directory; Microsoft office. Any LAN knowledge or hardware would be advantageous but not essential.
In addition to the essential language skills of English and German the successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise with both colleagues and clients. We require an individual with a strong desire to build a career based future in IT as this temporary position may lead to a permanent post for the right candidate.
