Infrastructure Support Analyst - 6 Months Contract - Germany.International brand name client is looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to provide IT Support and ensure service delivery of systems to locations in accordance with corporate IT systems and solutions, in the Germany office. To provide hands-on technical operation of systems and infrastructure within the corporate infrastructure estate. To act as the primary provider within locations for service and support, system operation and on-going system needs as part of the central IT Service Delivery team. To work with the IT teams in the delivery of systems and services as required including central office and field based locations. To administer, support and maintain operating stability and efficiency and ensure the security of production systems and infrastructure. In particular to provide support and service delivery of systems (infrastructure, EPoS and EPoS back office) in Germany.
The desired candidate will have the flexibility to relocate to Germany for the duration of the contract, with all expenses paid, and should be able to consider the possibility of the position turning permanent. Full flexibility is needed.You will need experience in documentation and implementation of any new services for desktop, server, LAN/WAN, network operating systems and telephony. Call logging and execution including call history updates and closure. Auditing, analysis, monitoring of all Infrastructure technology. Co-ordination of special business requirements and requests. 1st and 2nd line technical support and service management of the IP structure, WAN/LAN, desktops, servers, printers, Intranet, Internet, proxy server, Firewalls, Security, Citrix and all voice systems (telephony).
The desired candidate will also be qualified to MCP level and have strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems (including implementation of core applications).
