We are looking for a Business Analyst in the area of Basel:Details:
We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant, who has already had the opportunity to acquire very strong skills with service delivery organizations in an complex environment.
The candidate will analyze the service pyramid of our current competence centers regarding cost and complexity.
The expected deliverable of the first assignment (this one) is a proposal of the approach and effort with an business case to proceed and some quick wins, where we immediately can reduce cost or improve our service provision.
The second assignment will be a detailed analyses of the current service set up based on the proposal.
• The candidate should have a proven record of analytic skills to assess the financial potentials of a service providing organization.
• The candidate should be experienced in IT service management processes with very good know-how how to improve and optimize them across various service providers contributing an the different layers of service provision.
• It is desired that the candidate is experienced in the areas of Service Management (ITIL), Sourcing/Offshoring, Application Management
• Good understanding of GxP, ITIL, CSV regulations/concepts
•The candidate should be an IT generalist as the competence centers providing services for a heterogenous environment e.g. Lab, QA process.
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in large organizations operating globally is required
• Ideally we would like to see a candidate who has experience of working with large corporations with a significant corporate / company legal entity structure, multicultural environment, dealing with both business representatives as well as IT technical experts.
• The Candidate should have an open and pleasant personality with a strong customer focus and be able to work in a strong team. Good communication and presentation skills, as well as strong focus on delivering high quality with challenging timelines are personal qualities which we are looking for.
• Proactive, structured, pragmatic, action-oriented, reliable, entrepreneurial
• Ability to cope with complexity and ambiguity
• Fluency in English and preferably also in German is required. Other language skills are as well appreciated.
• Knowledge of the pharmaindustry
