SAP HR SUPPORT
This is a 6 month plus contract to work with a prestigious client in Germany just outside Frankfurt. To provide SAP support in the are of Human Resources for end users, HR Projects and Administrative Coordination.
You will report to the Business Process Expert Coordinator. You will also work closely with the IT Service Desk, SAP Business Process Expert Group and SAP consultants ( who maintain the system).
SAP modules in use are:
- FI, CO, MM, SD, Public Sector Management (Funds Management), HR, Project System.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in providing end-user support, and be proficient in using the my SAP ERP and portal HR functionalities, preferably the my SAP ERP for the public sector.
- Experience in providing end user training in the areas of SAP navigation, workflow and ESS on SAP portal.
- Basic undeerstanding of SAP workflow concept and models and the ability to review and trace workflow logs and errors.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP HR functionalities incl. employee self service such as HR absence and time management, employee data maintenance, payroll slip, training request etc.
DESIRABLE
- Basic undeerstanding of HR Functional Modules, Personal Cost Planning, Organisation Management, Employee Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, reporting functionality for all Modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Prioritize, plan and resolve conflicts.
- To manage multiple assignments.
- To work in a team environment.
- To consistently meet deadlines.
- French would also be useful as a 2nd language.
- Full spec available. Looking to start in January 2012.
