Amoria Bond is looking for a SAP HR CATS consultant for one of our key clients in Germany. The industry company is running SAP since 2003. The candidate reads the existing business specification concerning the treatment of overtime, analyses the business requirements, and delivers a list of possible solutions in the standard SAP system with "pro's & con's" and delivers an implementation plan, with estimated workload.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of the general rules& constraints social safety in Germany, hands-on expertise on CATS, is pragmatism and knowledge of SAP-HR is a plus. After this there will be an implementation of the changes in the actual SAP system. If the business case is successful, the implementation in the new SAP Program takes place. (corporate level). The candidate must be fluent in English and German.
