Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector in Rhine-Main Area we are looking for a project assistant (f/m). Objectives: continuously monitor the creation of project results with regard to the documentation framework to meet audit requirements. Project Description: the management decided to modernise and to modify its entire business location to comply with fire protection laws. The purpose of the project is to establish workplaces for 2.700 up to 3.100 employees. The relocation of all employees takes place from the interim locations back after the core refurbishment is completed. Tasks: ordering process, invoice regulation and tracking, meeting documentation & organisation. Term: 24.10.11 till 31.12.11.
