We are looking for some help with the MRS module on SAP.Last year we installed SAP CRM 7.0 on EQL- and helped them design and implement the solution….
Now we are looking for a suitable MRS solution which are split into Requirements for a phased implementation – an initial MRS Go-Live and an MRS Enhancements Phase.
E.g.
Within MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling) they require to be able to reference the CRM Service Order in the CRM Web Client relating to the MRS Assignment (without needing to re-search) so that they can then view, amend and set Activities/Tasks and Notes using the standard CRM functionality.
In order to provide the required End User experience, they do not wish for the user to need to go into the CRM Web Client and need to search or click the respective e.g. "Add Notes" button there, but rather be able to choose specific options (menus or buttons) against the MRS Assignment to Add, View and Edit Activities/Tasks or Notes and the solution present the CRM Web Client and take the user directly into the relevant page and CRM Web Client option to carry out the chosen task…..
