For one of our clients we are looking for a SAP Data Compliance ManagerTask Description:
With the goal of harmonizing the IT infrastructure and harmonizing processes following the merger, this project integrates client system landscape in SAP’s system landscape. Wherever possible, SAP’s systems and processes will be used. Where necessary, client business rules and processes will be continued.
Ultimate objectives are to have one integrated business platform, one source of the truth across all segments and business units, though client will be continued to run as a separate unit. The solution should provide flexibility and simplification to deal with future acquisitions and business initiatives at SAP.
Main task:
- Assessment of the data being moved from the source systems to the target (SAP) systems with regard to
* what kind/type of data is being moved (e.g. accounting data, order data)
* which security/audit/review criteria applies (based on auditors guidelines)
* which transport channel is being used
* which archiving regulation might apply
* which logs/counts/sums need to be implemented for a complete audit trail
- Determine complexity of migration
- Clustering of data types
* Direct financial impact
* Indirect financial impact
* No financial impact
- Assessment of error tolerance levels in control structures
- Set up of monitoring cockpit for data migration control structures (e.g. technical/functional checksums, Hash functionalities)
- Support security team regarding data migration process (access levels, logs, etc.)
- Support compliance team regarding details of design, test and sign of documents
- Support work streams to understand the audit and security requirements
- Support the external auditor and prepare all required documentation for the audit process
- Support the functional work streams during the process of migration from a compliance, security and documentation point of view
- Assess the audit impact and business impact of identified data migration objects; based on that formulate audit/security requirements on data object level (e.g. accounts payable, etc.)
- Support the functional work streams during the development of security/audit/test documentation
- Support the assessment and support the sign-off of the audit documentation;
- Support the audit of the documentation

Language abilities:
English fluent required, it is the project language
