Siebel Lead Administrator My client, a top blue chip company, is looking for a Siebel Lead Administrator to join their dynamic Siebel Team. The Siebel Lead Administrator will lead a team of technical resources and work closely together with business and the development team. The job will entail installation of Siebel from vanilla through to production in addition to: - Design of the architecture of Siebel for over 1000 users. - Execute releases - Set in place process automation for releases. - Writing scripts to automate repetetive jobs. - Setup a monitoring. - Setup the backup procedure. - Support for the developers. - Operational support of the production environment & S/W . - Documenting and writing operational documentation. - Coordinate and follow up technical activities - troubleshooting in a production system - Intake and distribution of work. - Represent the team in technical project meetings - Estimate impact and workload of new projects on the support. - Write non functional requirements for new projects Technical skills required: - Good knowledge of Oracle 10. - Basic Knowledge of Unix, Windows server, Shell Scripting. - Good knowledge of the architecture of Siebel. - Expert in installing and configuring of Siebel. - Experience in Siebel Integration (JMS) - A good team player. - Fast learner - Customer Driven - Entrepreneurship, sense of initiative - Knowledge of ITIL. - Load balancing of Siebel environment - Single Sign On via LDAP - Excellent communication skills - Experience
