For one of our clients we are looking for a Technical Architect / Platform Manager

Task Description:

For an application outsourcing project at a government agency in the area of Nuremberg, a large web application based on J2EE will be implemented. The application consists of more than 100 user interfaces and offers complex business functionalities.

Main task:

"Technical Architect" is an experience software developer that is skilled in modern software development methods and technologies. The technical architect will support the architecture manager and lead technical architect with the conceptualization and development of improvements to the existing systems. In this regard, the key responsibilities include the documentation and realization of robust and high-performing software architecture components.

Required skills:

Experience in Technical Architectures for high-scalable and
failsafe systems
Design and implementation of mission critical and high-performance systems
Experience in following skills:
* SOA / Webservices
* Web-Frameworks im Java-Umfeld (z.B. Wicket, Tapestry, Spring MVC, Java Server Faces)
* Backend-Architektur im Java-Umfeld
* Persistenz-Frameworks / OR-Mapper (Hibernate)
* Execution Architecture
* Java Enterprise System (JEE, J2EE)
* Java Profiling (z. B. Yourkit)
* Build/Deployment-Werkzeuge: Maven
* Continuous Build & Integration (z. B. HUDSON)
* Oracle Service Bus / Enterprise Service Bus
* Oracle Weblogic Application Server
* Oracle DB (11g und hoeher)
Nice to have skills:

* Application Lifecycle Management
* Unix / Suse Linux Enterprise System
* Java Management Extension (JMX)

Language Abilities:
