We require 5+ Software Configuration Management Engineers.
You will be working in the applications team supplying configuration mgmt. support for SW teams with in the company. The applications team supports 600 customers. Support requests might come in 1 of the following manners: Service Desk system, phone calls from customers. Most of the requests come from the service desk system. The priority of each request is defined by the customer, and is taken into account in order to prioritise the work done by the support agents. All requests are tracked via indicators and weekly reports to monitor requests resolution and customer satisfaction. Further administrative or automation/env work can come from one of the app engineer. Such requests are handled along with the day2day support and should be completed in times of low amount of customers' requests. These tasks will usually involve scripts writing and env automation enhancements.
The worker profile ClearCase:
Strong ClearCase & SVN skills, proven experience of at list 3 years as configuration mgmt. engineer, experience with customer support, and experience with work at large environments.
Experience of at least 3 years in ClearCase application administration and maintenance.
Experience in SVN.
3 years of experience in Perl and Shell scripts writing
Well understanding UNIX and Windows Operating Systems.
Experience with customer support,
Ability to work independently.
Quick learning ability.
