Task:
Requirements Management

Requirements (Must have):
Professional experience:
- Multi-year experience as Requirements Manager, preferably in a large-size company within financial industry
- Experience as IT Architect / Requirements Engineer within IT infrastructure environment would be perfect and very welcomed
- Knowledge of industry standards within Requirements Management should be given (e.g. CMMI; BADOK Requirements Management definitions)
- Working experience in IT projects must be given (preferably IT infrastructure projects)
- Candidate must be willing for an assignment > 1 year

Personal skills:
- Understand and handle complex technical and organizational environments
- To get along with people in a broad range from staff level up to Vice President / Director's level
- Communicate and closely collaborate with IT infrastructure Architects and Software Developers
- Organize, conduct and moderate Requirements Management meetings with the relevant stakeholders (IT Infrastructure Architects, Software Developers, Technology Business Partners,...)
- To implement the recently approved all new Requirements Management Process and to ensure that the people adhere to this Requirements Mangement process
- To get an understanding of our internal clients (IT applications, needs from the Business)
- To analyze user requests and to specify features/requirements
- Collaborate with Test Engineers to define acceptance criterias
- Collaborate with our Lifecycle Manager / Release Manager in order to deliver input for the creation of product roadmaps
- Work in an international, global and cross-organizational working environment
- Continuously improve the Requirements Mangement Process
- The candidate shall have an approprate authority / assertiveness
- Shall have a pro-actice, hands-on and result-oriented working style (it's often necessary to trace and push the internal suppliers to get the needed results in time and in the requested quality)
- Communicate fluently in German and English (English at least on First certificate level)

Technical knowledge:
Deeper understanding of IT infrastructure topics, e.g.
- UNIX, LINUX
- Oracle WLS, Oracle RAC, Java EE5
- Portal Solutions
- Windows, .net
- Data Warehouse infrastructure
- Integration infrastructure / Middleware (CORBA, Webservices, Filetransfer, MQ)
- Data integration (Batch Framework, Oracle / Sybase DBs, CMS)
- Security infrastructure (PKI, etc.)
- Java Development environment
