We are looking for a C# Developer TDD/BDD in the area of Zurich:For a strategic application which supports Structured Products. Core functionality includes Structured Product Incubation, Life Cycle Management and Control / MIS. It is a global application located in Switzerland. Due to the nature of the fast moving business, the team needs to respond quickly to the Business through frequent releases.
On the project team you'll have the opportunity to join a team that is pioneering agile software development bank.
We have been following scrum for the past year and are now pushing forward and adapting our techniques with the introduction of automated testing.
You’ll be joining an extremely enthusiastic team who enjoy what we do. Among other things, Pair Programming, TDD/BDD, Refactoring, and Continuous Delivery are deeply embedded and we’re constantly striving to improve the way we work.
We are passionate about supporting continuous development, and use the following practices, daily standups, KANBAN, team retrospectives. And also have a regular weekly session on coding practices.
You
You care about software, and have a passion for what you do. One or two years working with S.O.L.I.D programming principles. Understanding of TDD/BDD and experience with automated testing frameworks.
A passionate programmer that strongly believes in refactoring and has experience working in an agile team
Technology
Most of our stack is C#, but we are constantly reviewing other languages and technologies (e.g. Ruby, server side JavaScript). Sitting on to a SQL Server front end. We are in the process of refactoring our dated architecture into a more service based model to meet the growing success of our platform.
