Creating a use case diagram / scenarios with the identified actors, systems and processes
Development of a first vision of a BAM-view, identifying (Key) Performance Indicators
Identify the types of events and instances for BAM view and drill down features
Defining a suitable international and adoptable Process structure for a BPM Toolset
