JOB DESCRIPTION AND ROLE

My client is looking for Windows Process Operator for a role based in Germany

MODULES/SKILL SET/TASK TO BE COMPLETED

Very good knowledge in Windows Server 2008 and Client Server technologies

Good knowledge in the network environment , MS SQL and Oracle

Ensuring the smooth running of applications, processes and infrastructure components necessary

Monitoring and controlling the operation for front - and Back End systems

Monitoring of components and processes

Coordinating the implementation of individual change requests

Creation of the amount of planning

Preparation and review of the standard service report

Independent processing of trouble tickets and requests

Processing of cases under specified disturbance escalated by the Incident Manager

Knowledge regarding the service provision in accordance with ITIL ( ITIL certification optional )
