For our customer we are currently searching for Territory Manager for Poland (f/m)

Tasks
  • Manage and develop existing key accounts
  • Expand and develop potential new market places and accounts
  • Provide first line client support
  • Regular reporting to senior officers of the company on all aspects of financial and sales matters
  • Assist and support customers on a daily basis during their planning and engineering phase to get Cameron products and services accepted in material specifications
  • Conduct monthly forecasting updates to the CRM, compile weekly reports monitoring each allocated customer's activity/future and develop a strategy for achieving the forecasted goals
  • Activity IOI,s (weekly Items of Interest) and report the meetings attended with each customer (Customer Contact Reports)
  • Maintain and improve customer relations by providing a quality and responsive service thus increasing the potential for future bookings of Cameron products and services
  • Streamlining the business procedures, in order to facilitate the expected rapid growth
  • Being alert to new market opportunities, so that it can be contributed to development initiatives; be vigilant of competitor activities and products
  • Meeting and, wherever possible, exceeding the key financial goals
  • Upholding and maintaining the policies and procedures of the Cameron

    Profile
  • Advanced University Degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or another related subject
  • Very good Business-Financial knowledge
  • Fluent in word and writing of the Polish Language
  • Proficiency in English language
  • International experience
  • Very high level of customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to make high level presentations to management, customers and other audiences
