Networks Support Consultant, with the ability to speak German, currently needed by a leading Financial Institution based in Frankfurt. Your tasks will be focusing on two parts: supporting the current in SAP CRM 4.0 applications to bring together and coordinate operations and development. This includes: Requirements Management, Conception, Development of monitoring and coordination, User training and documentation, Application Support, bugtracking, Portfolio Development. The second focus will be Data Quality Management with tasks like: Research information deficits, discharge of process improvements (technical or organizational) development indicators, Implementation Preparation. All applicants should have experience in the following SAP CRM (4.0, 7.0), Processes (ITSM ITIL V3, CRM/CMDB), Strong skills in Networking (TCP/IP, routing), Technical documentation. Other requirements (nice to have) Programming languages (eg ABAP OO, C #), MS Windows Server/Active Directory/cluster/Hyper V, MS SQL Server (T-SQL, SSRS), MS Sharepoint (2007, 2010, SP Designer), MS Visio, MS Infopath, Development methodologies (SCRUM, etc.).
