Our client is currently seeking a Demand Manager to work within the BI department of this international telecoms company.
Role
- To understand the future plans for BI and to manage the demand accordingly
- To manage the various internal stakeholders to ensure that BI is developed in an appropriate and timely manner
- Ensuring that the Demand processes are appropriate and adhered to
- Ensure that the team are delivering appropriate and timely BI
- Ensure that there is financial coverage for all BI requests
Person
- The ideal candidate will have experience as a demand or delivery manager together with project manager
- At least 5 years BI experience
- Excellent people and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage competing demands from different levels of the business and be able to describe to all levels of the organisation the demand management processes
- Excellent negotiation skills ideally with some dispute resolution exposure
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- First-class references are essential
