Acting as single point of contact for the customer Quotation
Ensure that the quotes are created in respective quotation tools which includes several steps. – Commercial validation of the Quote – interact with Technical Design colleagues for the technical design – work with pricing portal to get pricing for hardware and other required components, approval tracking if discounts are required – send final quote to customer and track customer till he is ready to sign
the quote, update tools and submit information for ordering.

Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Good communication skills
Good understanding and experience of the sales & administration processes
Self motivated and determined attitude, Flexibility, reliability
Willingness to learn and increase knowledge
Willingness to work under pressure against deadlines
Maintain good time management and organization skills
Very good skills in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
MUST HAVE -> Languages: Fluently in English (written & spoken)
