Role Overview:
As an individual contributor for Our Client's rapidly expanding Consulting testing organisation, the Testing Engineer interacts regularly with internal and client teams and is responsible for the timely delivery of all segments of the planning, design, and execution of complex testing solutions (ie, user acceptance testing, system/subsystem testing, interface testing, etc).
Additional responsibilities include:
Participate in client meetings, ensuring that work products and deliverables are of the highest quality
Actively participate in internal design review of testing materials
Check test environment; execute, track and report on test execution; analyse results and communicate status
As part of your role, you will:
* Analyse the Testing scope and prepare strategy/plans for testing solutions
* Present conclusions and recommendations for testing
* Identify special requirements for the test environment
* Proactively Identify and raise Testing risks
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of consulting experience within a consulting firm
* Minimum 3 years in telco(BSS) and networking environment
* Minimum 3 years' experience in software test planning, test case writing, test execution, issue tracking, metrics tracking and other QA processes and procedures
* Minimum 3 years providing management services to a client
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to communicate clearly (oral and written communication skills)
* Must be willing to accept additional assignments, and take the lead, and assist other team members as necessary
* Ability to work autonomously without close supervision or assistance
* Chinese language would be a plus
