? Good general understanding of SAP CRM Service from a process and functional perspective? Experience of at least 1 full project implementation in a complex service environment or in multiple shorter
assignments (more than 3 years SAP CRM Service experience)
? Ability to describe service processes and functionality in an formal language (functional designs)
? Strong configuration skills in the area of iBase Management, Service Products, Service Contracts (planned and unplanned maintenance), Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Scheduling.
? Good configuration skills in general SAP CRM areas as e.g. Status Management, Partner Determination, Copy Control
