- Support of tasks leading to a step-by-step support of newPWP functionalities within product management, which all
need to pass through following work packages:
? scenarios incl business case alternatives
? Analysis of requirements together with PWP general project management
? Deduction of service definitions by interviews resp. workshops with
the delivery responsible
? Calculation of several scenarios due to different technical concepts
? Design of a decision memo for PWP general project management
? Review of price-cost-structure both bottom-up as well as top-down
? Conceptual design and description of service definition
? Review and evaluation of the influence of new services to existing
product portfolio
? Coaching of all responsible product managers during product implementation
up to deliverability of Global Product Catalog, IT Service Portal, and Charging
