Beschreibung
Task:The requested employee (m/f) will work in the project and will be responsible for:
- contact person of our client regarding new requests and change requests
- Analysis of all incoming requests
- Obtaining of first estimations with the client´s departments
- Communication with the Bank
- Tracking/controlling of running projects/orders
- Administrative tasks, like delivering of information for the reports, maintenance of project database
- Assistance to the project heads
Requirements (Must have):
- English fluent, Spanish if possible
- MS-Office products
- Experience in PMO
- Bank knowledge or alternatively
