Senior Software Engineer - Android, C/C++, OpenGL - Contract - Germany
A talented Android development engineer is currently required to join the software team of a successful electronics company based in Northern Germany
Successful engineers will be reponsible for the development of cutting edge computer tablet technology specifically architectural design and specification and UI solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new and existing features and innovative UI solutions for existing and new products
- Perform feasibility studies, high and detailed level designs, prototype and full development coding activities
- Understand the software architecture and design and develop new features and applications for them
Skills and Experience
- Excellent experience in software development particularly in the field of Embedded integration and architecture projects
- Good knowledge in C/C++, Java would also be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of development in a Real Time Embedded environment
- Experience in User Interface development
- Knowledge of the Android platform and experience with application development and particularly the Application Framework layer on Android
- Knowledge of OpenGL (ES) would be beneficial
