For our customer, an international IT Data Solutions company we are currently searching for a Customer Services Representative for a position in Munich (w/m)

Project Start: as soon as possible

Project duration: 9-12 Months plus

Location: Munich

Task Description:

  • provide customer support with focus on current and future production business requirements. This encompasses knowledge of customer forecast, inventory and product
  • provide primary intrerface point to business customers regarding logistics and order processing inquiries
  • responsibility and ownership for overall order processing management function and also interact with key partners such as credit, sales, finance, revenue management, etc.
  • assist in ensuring on-time delivery of client inventory and client solutionsRequired Skills:
    • experience in Customer Services functoin in IT, Logistics or other related Business-to-Business industry
    • good people skills
    • solid organisational talent
    • very good English and fluent German
