· Analytical and conceptual ability

· Knowledge and experience of complex IT systems, preferably MDM and/or CRM with SAP background
· Experience in working in a project environment
· Experience in managing (business) testing of a complex IT system (test planning, set up, test cases, test feedback, evaluation of feedback, issue resolution, change requests)
· Familiar with test management tools: Quality Center
· Ability to act as link between the business and the IT Team to ensure that the test feedback is communicated appropriately to the IT Team and vice versa
· Good communication skills
· Good understanding of technical issues and how they impact the Business
· Experience in dealing with business users
· Ability to perform under pressure
