Convergys RBM Consultant (Rating & Billing Manager)
My prestigious telecommunications client is currently looking for an experienced Convergys Consultant who specialises in Convergys RBM (Rating & Billing Manager) The successful consultant must be a German speaker a this is a German speaking project and have 5+ years of experience in the architecture and design of large scale BSS/OSS solutions; specifically areas like Rating, Billing, CRM, Customer/Account Management, Provisioning, Order Management, Product Catalogue Management, and Business Intelligence. A preference will be given to candidates that have a background of working with large Telecom/Cable backgrounds or candidates with experience working with consulting/product firms where his/her focus area was BSS/CRM.
1.) OSS experience is a plus Experience of working with C++, .NET and J2EE
2.) Must have excellent communication and client management skills
3.) Experience with Convergys products; specifically RBM experience (Geneva/Infinys)
