Telecoms/CRM/Project Manager/Germany. Superb TelCo in the Rhine-Ruhr region require an experienced CRM Project Manager to take charge of delivery for this area. Must have: Several years of project experience in CRM, ideally in the telecommunication environment, Very strong conceptual and analytical skills, very safe handling of analysis tools especially Excel, Strong ability to derive from complex situations quickly feasible solutions. Control, monitoring and reporting costs of CRM (Surcs, Sacs, awards, campaign and marketing costs) on all channels. Control, monitoring and reporting of CRM actions and campaigns and their effect on GSR (Gross Revenue Service) and EBITDA targets. This includes: contribution margin security through cross/up selling (data and voice), exchange rate policy, contract renewal policy and avoidance of deactivations. Creating transparency about the achievement of budget targets in terms CRM and KPI targets, detection of deviations and take counter-measures. Identification of optimization potential for CRM actions and campaigns.
