Beschreibung
Task:Support the Business Unit Program Director/Business Unit Director on the Resource Management process:
- Interlock with process owner
- plan and establish data consolidation process together with Business Unit management
- Facilitate the monthly interlock process, actual vs forecast analysis
Support in managing the Improvement KPIs
- Support Business Unit in setting up Governance model and implement associated improvement KPI
- Interlock with Business Unit Program Director to ensure improvement KPIs for Proposal and Business Projects are implemented and reported regularly
Implement the Business Unit Communication strategy and plan (both internal and customer facing). This includes, but it not limited to:
- SharePoint maintenance
- Maintain interlock to process ?Communication?
- Implement communication initiatives as required
Drive the preparation for the monthly operational reviews with the management
- process co-ordination
- data collection
- consolidation, review and distribution
Provide administrative support to the Business Unit. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Maintenance of the Program risk and issue register
- monitor and track the risks/issues at the program layer
- Support in compiling the Program P&L
- Advice to the Business Unit on best practices to be used
- Ensuring the program team contributes to knowledge management repository and improvements to Best Practices related to complex projects
Requirements (Must have):
- minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry
- good IT skills - in particular proficiency in Excel is essential - (macro programming, VBA)
- good exposure to an international, multi-cultural environment
- ability to work with virtual teams
- good communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
