Define, manage and evolve CMDB landscape (eg SAP Solution Manager, SLD, TADIR, profiles )
Define procedures for management of Ecosystem configuration and release information
Ensure that a Transport Strategy is in place which warrants the consistency of BAU environments
To own software patch & update plans Educate all involved in the Operations Teams about usage of CMDB landscape
Regularly assess completeness and up-to-dateness of CMDB content
Should have knowledge in -
ITIL Foundation Certification
Good knowledge about SAP architecture & involved Support Groups
