Recruit360 are looking for a IT contract manager to work with a high profile consulting client in Germany.
You must have fluent German to be considered
Main responsibilities include:
- Ongoing identification of contractual requirements together with the client regarding capacity management, reporting, ordering mechanism, logistics and billing.
- Negotiate new contractual requirements and expansion of scope. Identify new opportunities for growth. Negotiate open contract items and define resolution.
- Escalate to resolution in case agreement cannot be reached with the customer. Lead the monthly contract review council from our client's perspective.
- Internal single point of contact for contract questions and clarification. Initiate the contract change process in case of contract amendments or new requirements.
- As point of contact , make sure all requirements and expectations from the customer are managed in the most professional manner avoiding any linguistic and cultural misunderstandings between all stakeholders.
