As a Technical Account Manager you will work with colleagues from over 20 different nationalities across offices in Chicago, Frankfurt and Prague supporting the most influential firms in the fast-paced financial markets.This position requires some international travel.
Provide best in class technical support to our customers including telephone support (Level 1 & 2) and on-site consulting services including:
Application installation support
Application development support (where applicable)
First level troubleshooting
Performance tuning & optimization
Capacity planning & consulting
Manage the service installation and integration support for customer connections
Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with our customer base as a Technical Relationship Manager
Problem management including call logging, routing, and escalation
Analytical ability, eager to learn
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
College degree or equivalent
Proficiency with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Networking and wide area connectivity
Experience supporting FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol
Expertise with MS Office applications
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with it’s basic principles a plus
Language skills: Englisch (very good). Broad knowledge in other languages (German, Czech, French) is desirable but not mandatory!
