On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Quality Manager in Germany on a contract basis.

Since maintaining quality demands adaptation to customer expectations, quality managers employ a variety of measures to place quality at the heart of After Sales organization. These include management systems such as ISO 9000, philosophies such as Total Quality Management, and methodologies such as Continuous Improvement.

Your tasks
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization;
Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved;
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation;
Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards;
Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff and suppliers to apply;
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with deployment and maintenance staff;
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training;
measure against defined parameters and determine variances;
take corrective actions if variances are existent
Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product/Scope modifications are investigated if necessary;
Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks;
Writing technical and management systems reports;
File test reports for later availability
Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures;
Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods;
Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications;
Establishing standards of service for customers or clients;
 
Your profile
Quality audit training will be an advantage (ISO9000:2000, TL9000)
Quality Assurance tools and techniques in Telco industry
Health, Safety and Environmental Management programs
Used to work in an intercultural environment within an international company
Used to interact with internal and external customers
Solution focused, analytic attitude, team player
Business fluent English and German skills with international experience (verbal and written)
Willingness to travel
