Senior GSM & LTE Quality Managers-GermanyOn behalf of our client, a prestigious International Telecommunications Company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for Senior GSM & LTE Quality Managers on contract basis for several regions in Germany.
Responsibilities:
*Be a dedicated interface for regional customers
*Maintain and improve relationship and satisfaction of customers
*Support customers about all network performance aspects in swapped/rollout clusters
*Perform Radio Planning and Optimization Tasks in the project
*Clarify with customers about network performance issues in swapped/rollout clusters, help customers to quickly solve a performance degradation or incidents
*Negotiate with customers about cluster acceptance report (CAR) and push customers approve it asap
*Knowledge transfer to local RNO employees
*Assistant of the responsible NTS/RNO Manager
Requirements:
*Experience in GSM Radio Planning and Optimization. LTE experience preferred.
*Fluent German and English language skills (German speaking and writing is mandatory)
*ALU equipment experience is appreciated.
*Good teamwork spirit
*Good presentation skills
*Good team organization skills
*Motivation and flexibility
*Willing to trip in Germany in short term with short noticed
*Willing to work in high pressure, fast-paced changing and multi-culture environment
*Driving license
