Objectives : Optimally utilize IT resources to meet current and future business demands in a cost-effective manner – Ensure proactive measures to improve the performance and stability of services and platforms are implemented. In addition assist with the diagnosis and resolution of capacity related incidents and problems – Reduce Time to market : Enable the business to meet their objectives by delivering the right capacity, at the right cost, in the right location and at the right time
Project Description and Scope : The Capacity Management Initiative will establish a clearly defined & globally consistent process with standatized reporting and tooling. The process will be aligned & interfaced with the process work currently underway at the GTO PM level
Deliverables: – Optimise IT resource utilisation – Ensure operational stability – Reduce Time to market
