- software development: experienced in analysis and conceptual design
- experienced in customizing and migration
- basic programming know how
- experienced in training
- basic know how in SAP development workbench and SAP EDI
- expert know how in SAP HR and ABAP reporting
- experience in business and application consulting
- experience in application and user support / troubleshooting
- experienced in IT development procedures
- experienced in prototyping and user documentation
- experienced in SAP HR schemes / cycles (this is a must!)
- basic know how in SAPScript and SAP forms (this is a must!)
- experienced in test planning and execution
- experienced in project estimating and project management concepts
- experienced in ITIL/Service Management
- language skill: German (fluent), English (fluent), Dutch (basics)
