My Client an international systems integrator is currently seeking a strog SAP QM Consultant for a vital client programme in Stuttgart.
Project Objective
Task 1
· Update, new-/redesign of documentation “Customer Policies & Guidelines”, a set of documents with the aim to support Customer Group Companies (OEs) in implementing and operating SAP systems
· Update of the existing documentation
o SAP Operations
o SAP Standards
o Vendor Management
o Release Strategy
o Application Support
o Training
o SAP Security
o SAP BusinessObjects (new)
· Splitting P&G documents in two versions
o Generic version for all Customer OEs running SAP applications (already existing)
o More specific and detailed version for AMOS (add-on to generic version)
Task 2
· Business analysis (ROI) and recommendation regarding process and implementation of SAP Integrated Quality Management for the Advanced CCoE Certification.
· Specific: Integrated Quality Management Concept based on SAP requirements
o Integrated Quality Management
o Benefits and Required Investment
o Incorporate ERP Classic and new SAP Products (SBOP, Sybase, Secude)
o Analysis with Project Plan
o Recommendation
Experience/Skills needed
· Good knowledge about IT governance
· Familiar with ITIL 2.0 and CMMI
· Fluent in English (Documentation in English)
· Maturity level: expert/senior expert
· Experience in (Integrated) Quality Management
· Experience SAP Integrated Quality Management (Advanced CCoE Certification)
