Task:Project description
The person will co-ordinate and perform Estimations for Projects as well as Function Point counting for Applications within IT Europe. This includes:arrange and run estimation and/or Function point counting workshops with the project/application teams, In addition, the person has to: prepare and co-ordinate all activities with the application/project teams. Collect work results and prepare status reports and meetings. The person will also hold working relationship to the other team members of the global Estimation and Function Point Count team, in order to align the processes and work towards globally comparable results.
Requirements (Must have):
Deep experience in Function Point Counting
- Practical experience with IFPUG standards
- Good analytical skills in order to be able to quickly understand the functionality of applications and projects
- Well organized
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Very high team spirit / Very good team worker
- English, oral and written
- German
- Some Function Point Counting / Estimation Workshops will take place in the UK, Spain and Germany, so travel to these locations may be required.
Nice to have:
- Experiences in tool based estimation (e.g. SEER-SEM, SLIM)
- Experiences with workshop facilitation
- Good working knowledge of VBA
- Work experience within Ford
