Service Delivery Manager, with a strong background in IT as well as the ability to speak German currently needed by one of our clients based in Germany.

Your tasks will be:
be the Single Point of Contact between the customer and our service delivery units, especially that of discharges to improve quality measures and Santander in possibly the management of daily operations escalations, have the responsibility for the optimal provision of services of IT operations for customers, Development and continuous optimization of service structures and processes, quality assurance and periodic review and optimization of services provided, Planning, supporting and managing the implementation and reporting for the Operations division, particularly in relation to the current production status and upcoming changes, Professional representation of the operations in the relevant governance structures, in particular contact for the provider of customer management in all operational matters and the Escalation Management, Service Level Management for IT services, monitoring service quality and developing the relevant reporting, Preparation and presentation of customized reports, and collaboration in the design and the transition of new services, Build a robust customer relationships through continuous customer contact (sometimes at the customer site), ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Skills:
Successfully completed technical or commercial training or equivalent qualification, Several years experience in the IT industry, In-depth, technical breadth of knowledge from the perspective of an IT service provider, Knowledge of the Service and software architectures in general and about the technological structures and processes of a computer centre, Knowledge of the business processes of data centres in accordance with ISO/ITIL knowledge in the field of securities trading is a plus, Experience of managing all controlling instruments such as cost and budget planning, project planning, controlling and reporting service, Understanding of complex organizations and complex problems and pragmatic solution procedure, Good English language skills are an advantage (trade talks, writing status reports). This is a long-term contract position initially for 9 months, with extension after that. Excellent rates paid.
