We are looking for a Business Analyst to work at our multinational client in Bonn/Germany.

Description
A Business Analyst experienced in the CRM/XRM domain and Microsoft SharePoint is required to:
Analyse, document and prioritise functional and non-functional CRM/XRM requirements in a technology neutral fashion, including how contacts information can play a part in collaboration and electronic document management activities.
Evaluate Microsoft SharePoint 2010/Microsoft Outlook 2010 together with up to three third party add-ons against the documented requirements.

Activities & Scope
Requirements Analysis
Conduct workshops and interviews and analyse existing systems to collect functional and non-functional requirements.
Document a to-be conceptual data model representing the way the secretariat will model its contact information in future.
Document the goals, functional and non-functional requirements (including high level system interface requirements) of the secretariat and its programmes with regard to contacts management including the use of contacts information in collaborative and electronic document management contexts. These requirements must be technology neutral.

Evaluation & Recommendation
Identify two to three software packages/approaches that either tightly integrate with SharePoint 2010/Outlook 2010 or are 3rd party CRM/XRM extensions to SharePoint 2010/Outlook 2010 and are likely to meet the secretariat's requirements.
Evaluate the software packages against the requirements and recommend a solution that will cost effectively and quickly meet the secretariat's most important needs with a minimum of customization and/or integration effort.

Knowledge and Skills
Must have excellent experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements and evaluating requirements against software packages.
Must be a self starter, able to manage his/her own time and dependencies effectively to deliver high quality documents according to the time frames.
Must have advanced and up-to-date knowledge and demonstrated experience in the CRM/XRM domain, with a proven track record in requirements gathering and providing strategic advice in this area.
Must have experience with Microsoft SharePoint. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 3rd party CRM/XRM products that are deployed upon/integrate tightly with SharePoint 2010 would be viewed very highly.

LOCATION of work: at client premises in Bonn/Germany.
